Some of our apps, including Topsoil Tussle, feature global leaderboards as a core part of gameplay. When you play a Tussle (a competitive timed play window), your display name and score are collected and displayed publicly on the global leaderboard. By playing a Tussle, you consent to your score being shared on the leaderboard. If you do not wish for your score to appear publicly, you may choose not to participate in Tussles.
When you use our apps, we may automatically collect limited technical information to help us maintain and improve the Services, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash or error logs. This information is collected in aggregate and is not used to personally identify you.
We do not collect your physical address, phone number, precise location, or financial information through our apps. We do not require you to create an account to use most features of our apps.

Some of our apps may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These ad networks may collect certain information about your device and activity to serve relevant ads. If an app uses advertising that involves tracking (as defined by Apple), we will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking occurs. You can choose to allow or deny tracking, and you can change this preference at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
If you deny tracking permission, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on data collected from other companies' apps or websites.
Currently, Topsoil Tussle does not include third-party advertising or tracking. This section will apply if advertising is added in a future update, and the app's App Store privacy labels will be updated accordingly.

Our apps are generally intended for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Our apps do not require account creation or the submission of personal information to use core features. If a leaderboard or other feature involves data collection, parental consent should be obtained for children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
